All employees working in Ikano Handel are eligible to join the union except:
- Managerial capacity
- Executive capacity
- Confidential capacity and
- Security capacity.

Objectives:
(a) To organize all employee who are eligible according to the Industrial Relations Act 1967
(b) To develop partnership Industrial Relations and establish Smart Partnership
